If you apply for or receive financing from Valet Finance, your financing relationship is governed separately by the Premium Finance Agreement (“PFA”) you execute with us — not by these Terms. Valet Finance reserves the right to update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page.

Valet Finance is a Canadian insurance premium financing company. We provide short-term financing to individuals and businesses to fund the cost of insurance premiums. We are not an insurer, broker, or agent and do not provide insurance advice.

If you are approved for financing, your specific loan terms — including the repayment schedule, interest rate, pre-authorized debit authorization, and the rights of Valet Finance upon default — are governed exclusively by the Premium Finance Agreement (“PFA”) you execute with us. The PFA is a separate binding contract. These Terms govern your use of this Website only.

3. Use of This Website

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems; use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Website without our prior written consent; transmit harmful, malicious, or disruptive code; or impersonate any person or entity.
